These Terms of Service govern your use of the POLOCOM website and purchases from the store. POLOCOM is a brand operated by SATORU GOJO LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the store.
Store and contract party
The customer-facing brand is POLOCOM. The legal operator and seller for transactions through this store is SATORU GOJO LLC unless a checkout, invoice or product listing expressly states otherwise.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase in your jurisdiction. Certain specialized products may be regulated by location, intended use, age, license, import/export rules or other laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your order, possession, import, installation and use of a product are lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for a legitimate purpose.

Images can appear differently depending on device settings, and minor non-material differences in packaging may occur. If a material error in price, description or availability is discovered before fulfillment, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected item.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not limit our ability to perform fraud, payment, inventory, shipping or compliance checks before fulfillment. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the POLOCOM name, site design, text, graphics, logos and other original store content are owned by or licensed to SATORU GOJO LLC and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party services
The store may rely on Shopify and other third-party providers for hosting, checkout, payments, shipping, analytics or other functions. Their own terms may apply to services they provide directly.
Disclaimer and limitation
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase. Product-specific warranties, if any, will be stated on the product page or accompanying documentation.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the store or products, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SATORU GOJO LLC in the State of Delaware, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you based on your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. The version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
